Here we go................
Having received the documentation from JISC outlining the project agreement it feels all very real now. I am now looking forward to establishing a strong cross faculty team in order to be able to identify the wide range of resources which may be suitable for inclusion in the Unicycle project.
The first task is to now confirm project team membership and to then all meet and really start the wheels (or wheel in the Unicycle's case) moving on this.
